Using the service

Trusivic provides tools for organizations to manage people and access, prepare and review elections, formal votes and surveys, invite selected participants, and maintain operational records. The organization creating a workspace is responsible for its users, directory data, audience selection, activity rules and communications.

Accounts and authority

Keep account credentials private and provide accurate account details. Organization administrators manage membership and permissions. Do not access another organization’s data, bypass role controls, disrupt the service or use Trusivic unlawfully.

Activities and participant data

Organizations must have authority to use the information they upload and to invite their selected audience. Organizers must accurately describe eligibility, timing, response handling and result publication to participants. Trusivic records workflow and access events but does not independently verify an organization’s rules, participant identity, or the legal validity of an outcome.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Some activities require a paid activity credit before invitations can be sent. Prices and included capacity are shown on the pricing page or checkout screen. Payments are processed by Stripe. A credit is applied to the eligible activity described at purchase. Contact support about billing questions or workspace access.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful or malicious content, interfere with other users, attempt to obtain unauthorized access, or misrepresent Trusivic’s security or certifications. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the service or its users.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep Trusivic available and may update or maintain the service. We may change features as the product evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material service changes through the website or workspace.

Ownership and feedback

Trusivic and its software remain owned by their respective rights holders. Organizations retain responsibility for their submitted content and may use the service only as permitted by these terms. Feedback may be used to improve the service.

Disclaimer and limits

Trusivic is a workflow tool, not legal, election administration or cybersecurity advice. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every activity will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular legal process. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be limited.
